MILITARY HIGHLIGHTS

Ashley served over 10 years in the Army as an Engineer Officer, from Platoon Leader to Company Commander, Operations Officer, and later as an Assistant Professor of Military Science (APMS). She also spent a short time in the Reserves. She commanded the Wounded Warrior Battalion at Fort Bragg, helping soldiers transition, and coordinated joint operations in the Middle East. Her most rewarding role was leading at the Wounded Warrior Battalion.

CIVILIAN HIGHLIGHTS

After transitioning to civilian life, Ashley works at Spencer Stuart, as an executive recruiter placing c-suite technology leaders across various industries. She is passionate about elevating diverse talent, and is also a member of both the Veteran and Latinx affinity groups. Ashley now resides in Atlanta, GA with the love of her life, baby girl, and dachshund.

MILITARY HIGHLIGHTS

Served as a Military Police officer on Active Duty and later transitioned to Logistics in the National Guard. Held leadership roles such as platoon leader, company commander, and operations officer in South Korea, Iraq, and the U.S., focusing on security, logistics, and emergency response. Coolest assignment: Platoon Leader in the 3d US Infantry Regiment, The Old Guard.

CIVILIAN HIGHLIGHTS

With 15+ years of experience in strategy, operations, and program management across public service, energy, and defense industries. Currently the founder of inRG.Design, redefining productivity with Human Design tools. Led transformative projects at Accenture, Booz, Fairbanks Morse, achieving unprecedented business growth and impactful global initiatives.

Xeon is the producer and, as a true '80s baby raised in New York City, has a deep love of storytelling and a wide-ranging interest in all forms of media.
